The high-tech safety shoes in the TransAm series come packed with cutting-edge features—most notably the world’s lightest nail guard: Whitelayer® – as strong as steel, yet soft as a kitchen cloth. The upper is crafted from premium nubuck leather and enhanced with the PowerBreeze® system, offering partial water-repellency and excellent breathability.
The sole is created using an advanced AIR injection technology—a process where the sole is sprayed on in liquid form using cutting-edge robotic technology. The result is a flawless, precision-engineered bond that maximizes both flexibility and performance.
Airtox engineers have designed a fit that is both wide and athletic, allowing the shoe to hug the foot like a sock. Thanks to the combination of Whitelayer® and the AIR injection technology, the flexibility rivals that of high-performance sneakers.
